Command Security Corporation (Amex: MOC) announced today that Bruce R. Galloway
has resigned as a member of Command’s board of directors. Mr. Galloway will
continue to be employed by the Company as manager of internal investor relations.
Barry I. Regenstein, Command’s President and Chief Financial Officer, was appointed
by the board to replace Mr. Galloway as a director. Mr. Regenstein will join
