The Management Team

We handpick a management team for each client, matching our experienced staff members to precise job requirements. Carefully chosen local specialists supplement the team, which works with you to jointly develop a program tailored to your requirements. Post Orders are generated for your approval, and remain the operational linchpin. A training checklist is drawn from it, and the standards against which performance will be measured.

The Operational Team

Security officers are recruited, screened, and trained for each specific client site. We require our security officers to be dedicated to their work and motivated to advance through superior performance.

We find candidates by employee referral, selective newspaper advertising and our industry resources, plus on-site and targeted recruitment of military and law enforcement personnel.

• Training specific to each client's industry.

• "Cross-training" of security officers so they learn about other posts in their region and a larger pool of trained security officers is available for emergency services and coverage needs.

• Specialized instruction by certified trainers in first aid and CPR; fire safety; crowd and riot control; media interaction; public relations; handling crisis and emergency situations; plus any and all training specified by the client.

Security Topics Hotline

This is a program which provides Command Security’s personnel with weekly pre-recorded training messages. These messages are designed to refresh the memory of our personnel on those subjects relating post duties. The messages may cover such topics as personal appearance, report writing, customer service, telephone techniques, parking control, ect. At the conclusion of each recorded message, randomly drawn social security numbers (four digit) are stated. If a security officer(s) hears their number, they’re instructed to call their local branch during the next business day and is then awarded a monetary prize and a Special Distinction Award.
